Material from PhD thesis: Chapter 5 GWAS Supplementary Files

This dataset contains supplemental material as part of a PhD thesis: Identification of Shared Genetic Risk Loci between Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy and Later-Life Cardiovascular Disease. The material supports Chapter 5: Identifying Shared Genetic Risk Loci Between Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy and Later-Life Cardiovascular Disease: A Genome-Wide Association Study (GWAS). It includes GWAS summary statistics for Models 1-6, detailing genome-wide and suggestive genetic associations.
