VPRS 18969 Corporate Strategic Planning and Plans

This is an artificial series comprising volumes and files of minutes of the North Western Health Care Network [Western Health Care Network 1995-1997] (VA 5262) Strategic Planning Committee. These include various strategic and business plans of the Network, and individual hospitals and services within the Network. The Strategic Planning Committee was responsible for the development, implementation, modification and evaluation of the Network Strategic Health Plan and other strategies. Plans were required to reflect the Network's mission; improve cost effectiveness and efficiency of health services; take account of the impact upon physical facilities; and monitor and respond to changes in clinical demand.
