Sheet 1-Colony – For each year of the whole-community sampling (2019-2021), the total number of individuals per species is reported in each colony.

Sheet 2-Sample plots - Details of the Permanent plot monitoring (2021-2023). Year: Indicates sampling year; Plot: the plot number; ID: the individual label (aluminum medal) marking each sporophyte; Species: the species identification; Tropho_heigth: height of the trophophore; Sporo_heigth: height of the sporophore.

Sheet 3-Microenvironmental variables – Details of the microenvironmental variables measured in each plot.
