Based upon the research propositions of regulate and control soil fertility ofridge furrow plastic-mulching planting system ) in agroculturalecosystem, take the hypothesis that soil microbial diversity is the driver andcontroller of soil organic carbon content growth and decline as thetheoretical basis, designing a fixed field trails to search soil organiccarbon content changing pattern by systematically testing the microbialbiomass carbon content which is said is the sensitive index of soil organiccarbon content chaging. Furthermore , systematically analyze the results that gained bythe research project to verify the affecting factors and the changing regularpatterns of soil organnic carbon content, the relationship among environmentfactors, soil organic carbon content and soil microbial diversity under film mulched ridge furrowsystem, and to put forward the scientific base for drafting soil fertilityregular and controlling measurements.
