We focus on research to analyze paramedics´ workload in the pre-hospital setting. We aimed at identifying factors to have an influence on the workload during non-emergency ambulance missions. Non-emergency missions represent a major part of the daily EMS business. We created an online-questionnaire to gather data on a single-mission basis. This is the underlying data set.
