Assay Data for IMR-90 Fibroblasts Overexpressing an <i>AluJb</i> transposon

This <i>dataset</i> contains the raw assay data and images associated with the manuscript titled "A multi-omics analysis of human fibroblasts overexpressing an <i>Alu </i>transposon reveals widespread disruptions in aging-associated pathways". In this study, an <i>AluJb</i> transposon was transiently overexpressed in IMR-90 fibroblasts and overexpression was verified by reverse transcription followed by endpoint PCR. Additionally, several functional assays were carried out, including an Agilent Seahorse Mitochondrial Stress Test, a propidium iodide cell cycle assay, and a Proteostat Aggresome detection assay.
