Trancriptomic data of water-logging for differential gene expression analysis

The study performed a comparative transcriptome analysis to discover genes that were differently expressed in shoot and root tissues under control and stress conditions. The two genotypes of Cajanus cajan waterlogging tolerant (MC-89) and sensitive (ICP 7035) were taken. The information collected in this study provides a thorough understanding of the signaling networks and dynamic gene regulation which regulates the pigeon pea's ability to tolerate waterlogging.
