SSE - customer minutes lost 2011-2018, by region

This statistic shows the amount of minutes customer lost energy supply from SSE plc in the United Kingdom (UK) from 2011 to 2018, by region. The amount of minutes lost decreased for both the northern region, as well as the southern region. For the northern region the number of minutes lost by customers decreased from 78 in 2011 to 55 in 2018. The southern region had consistently lower downtimes for the time period recorded. SSE plc, formerly Scottish Southern Energy, are one of the so-called 'Big Six' energy providers in the United Kingdom (UK).
