Association of resistance genotypes with pirimiphos-methyl resistance in nine West African populations of A. coluzzii and A. gambiae.

For each population, we report number of sampled specimens (n), the number of specimens with only wt, only 280S, and both alleles; survival frequency among mutated groups, and the odds ratios of survival in specimens with 280S alleles (if available) in a binomial generalised linear model, and the p-value of this model in a χ2 ANOVA comparison with a null model. Odds ratios (OR) are reported with 95% confidence intervals. Dagger signs (†) denote survival rates in genotypes with fewer than 5 specimens.
