"为福建省红十字会下属的志愿者参与活动后需记录上报参与活动的时长，系统将记录时长所属的活动、服务时间（上报时长的日期）、上报活动的时间长度。关联的活动报名ID：只有报名了对应活动，才可以在该活动中记录上报时长。记录类型：系统存在多种记录上报方式、扫码记录、导入、录入。实际数据产生周期为一个季度左右。"

This dataset is designed to record and report the duration of activities participated by volunteers affiliated with the Red Cross Society of Fujian Province. The system will record the associated activity, the service time (i.e., the date when the duration is reported), and the actual time length of the reported activity. Associated activity registration ID: Only volunteers who have registered for a specific activity can record and report the duration for that activity. Recording types: The system supports multiple reporting methods, including scan-code recording, data import, and manual entry. The actual data generation cycle is approximately one quarter.
