Abstract
The purpose of this program is to generate the two-body Hamiltonian for a particle-particle interaction comprising central, spin-orbit and tensor components. Coulomb forces can also be computed. The Hamiltonian matrix elements are expressed and evaluated in terms of Talmi integrals.

Nature of problem
The Hamiltonian matrix is needed in a wide variety of physical problems. It consists in one-body and two-body parts. As starting points, the one-body Hamiltonian may be obtained from experimental data while the two-body residual interaction from a theoretical framework. The purpose of this program is to generate the two-body Hamiltonian for a particle- particle interaction comprising central, spin-orbit and tensor components for use in Nuclear Physics studies.
