资源简介:
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the lives of people around the world due to changes including job loss, illness, loss of loved ones, financial insecurity, and social distancing. Emerging research suggests this pandemic has also been deleterious on the mental health of many individuals. There is a critical need to continue evaluating the mental health impact of these events. Additionally, while research is beginning to show an increase in mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety, little work has been conducted exploring the impact of COVID-19 on emotion regulation itself. This information will guide treatment efforts as the world continues to cope with this pandemic.
