Gene expression profile in multiple myeloma tumors from Vk*MYC mice

Myeloma tumors arose in Vk*MYC mice share gene expression profile with multiple myeloma tumors from human patients Total RNA from CD138+ magnetically selected myeloma cells harvested from aged Vk*MYC mice (original tumors) or from C57BL/6 WT mice engrafted with original Vk*MYC myeloma tumors (recipients), or from normal plasma cells was hybridized to Affymetrix Mouse genome 430 2.0. Controls include B cell lymphoma cell lines originated from Vk*MYC mice and two balb/c plasmacytoma cell lines.
