This pilot study examined the impact of climate-related heat exposure on psychological outcomes among self-employed delivery workers in Brasília, Brazil. A total of 45 workers were initially recruited, of whom 30 completed the full 15-day protocol in August 2025, generating 900 repeated observations. Twice-daily measures of temperature and humidity were paired with self-reports of stress, fatigue, mood, and perceived heat strain on 1–5 scales.
