Community Improvement Project Areas

Community Improvement Project Areas (CIPs) are intended to promote the long term stability and viability of areas that exhibit problems of instability, building deterioration, inadequate municipal services and facilities, or inappropriate arrangement of land uses.社区改善项目区域（Community Improvement Project Areas，CIPs）旨在提升存在不稳定问题、建筑老化失修、市政服务与设施不足，或土地用途布局不当等状况的区域的长期稳定性与存续能力。
