In the development of the field of interior design, the integration of technology has become an important aspect especially in achieving the goals of visual information and sustainability. Systematic literature review examines the use of 360-degree Virtual Digital Technology (VDT) in the context of interior design as a marketing information material for the boarding house rental business, a field that aligns aesthetic appeal with environmental management. Through a careful analysis of the existing literature, the study identified the extent to which 360 VDT has been used to improve the marketing information practices of boarding and sustainability businesses in interior design which includes information efficiency for prospective boarding users. This research review adopts a multi-dimensional approach, categorizing studies based on methodological frameworks, technological applications. By synthesizing data from a broad spectrum of sources, including peer-reviewed journals, industry reports and case studies, the research highlights an innovative strategy where 360 VDT facilitates an immersive experience that fosters a deeper understanding of the benefits of technology and the field of design as a powerful tool for visualizing informative interior design options to make informed decisions that balance aesthetic and environmental considerations. The use of technology like this can help make it easier for people to find complete information about floor plans, sizes and interior building designs before rental/ purchase decisions can be made. This study used systematic literature review method to collect and analyse relevant data. The use of the SLR method, systematic review and identification of journals can be carried out which in each process follows the steps that have been set. The results of this study offer a marketing strategy to the boarding house rental business industry by considering consumer behaviour in the use of 360 panoramic tour virtual technology.
