Separation of standard reference material 1597a with fluorescence detection and constant energy synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy

This dataset contains the spectra obtained with constant energy synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy (CESFS) of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) extracted from the standard reference material (SRM) 1597a (a coal tar sample) and fractionated by normal-phase liquid chromatography (NPLC). It includes the spectra from BaPer, DBalP, N12eP, N12aP, DBbeF, DBaiP, N23aP, DBahP, DBakF, DBaeP, N23jF, and N12kF originating from the tenth to twelfth fractions. ‌All spectra were recorded using an Ultimate 3000 Dionex high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) system (Thermo Scientific, Sunnyvale, California) with a fluorescence detector.
