A degradable drainage board， a material composition， and a manufacturing process therefor， related to the technical field of drainage boards. A degradable board body is manufactured with a plant fiber at 65-75% and a solid adhesive agent at 25-35% in terms of mass percent as raw materials and then covered with a layer of degradable filter to acquire the degradable drainage board. The board has readily available raw materials and is inexpensive， the manufacturing method is simple and easy， the manufactured drainage board is degradable， the drainage board loses drainage effects once degraded， thus preventing the subsidence of a constructed foundation， and provides great environmental friendliness and energy-saving performance.
