In this OSF project, we will make openly available a unique, large-scale longitudinal dataset for broad reuse by others.
The dataset includes data from a large sample of workers in Germany collected at 54 measurement points over five years – before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Workers were surveyed on a wide range of topics, including:
• Experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic
• Health and wellbeing
• Work characteristics and work behaviors
• Personality traits and development
• Aging, employment, and lifespan-related outcomes
Comprehensive documentation of the dataset will be created to enable other researchers to easily understand and use the data for their purposes. This includes detailed codebooks, variable guides, and explanations of the longitudinal structure and sampling procedures.
