8 raw sequencing datasets generated on the Oxford Nanopore Technologies MinION instrument using a Flongle Flow cell. Libraries consited of custom barcoded 16SrDNA amplicons of either bacterial isolates (RUN_1_BI and RUN_2_BI) or stool samples (V1_RUN1, V1_RUN2, V1_RUN3, V2_RUN1, V2_RUN2 and V2_RUN3).
