资源简介:
Driven by the dual goals of achieving “carbon peak and carbon neutrality” and transitioning the energy structure, the hydrogen and fuel cell industry has become a key aspect of national strategies for future industries and a significant driver for new economic growth. Its high-quality development urgently requires the support of specialized and interdisciplinary skilled talents. This paper takes China's hydrogen fuel cell engine industry as the research object, focusing on the critical development period from 2026 to 2030. Through methods such as dynamic prediction of industrial scale, comprehensive breakdown of the manufacturing process chain, multi-dimensional modeling of talent demand, and case studies of typical enterprises, it systematically analyzes the current status, demand characteristics, and supply gaps of skilled talents across various segments of fuel cell engine manufacturing. Integrating core influencing factors including the automation upgrade of manufacturing technologies, the integrated development of product technologies, and the evolution of market competition coefficients, the study constructs a multi-parameter coupled prediction model for skilled talent demand. It quantifies the total industry demand for skilled talents to be approximately 4705 individuals by 2030. Furthermore, it identifies differentiated training directions for six core positions, including inspectors and assembly technicians. Based on this analysis, a collaborative talent cultivation guarantee system involving “government, industry, academia, research, and application” is proposed from three dimensions: policy guidance, education reform, and enterprise practice. The research conclusions can provide theoretical basis and practical references for the construction of industrial talent training systems, the optimization of vocational education program offerings, and the strategic planning of corporate human resources, thereby helping to resolve the industry's talent bottleneck.
