DArT seq data generated on Mapping population for high Iron and Zinc in Pearl Millet

This dataset contains data of the study aimed to construct an integrated genetic map using genetic stock developed for high Iron and Zinc density over a period of five years at ICRISAT Patancheru which is used for the development of DArT Seq Dataset. Diversity Arrays Technology (DArT) markers have wide applicability in the construction of high-resolution genetic maps and in quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping.
