The goal of this study was to examine differences in gene expression between healthy and sarcoidosis nasal airway epithelia cultures at air-liquid interface (ALI). Overall design: Nasal epithelial cell cultures were prepared for RNA sequencing via Smart-3SEQ and sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq 6000 system using 101 bp single end SBS chemistry.
