COMPASS TCGA Pretraining Dataset

This record provides preprocessed TCGA transcriptomic datasets in pickle (.pkl) format for COMPASS model pretraining. To facilitate reproducibility and efficient execution, an immune-focused subset of 2,475 genes of TCGA dataset was provided.
