Repeated surveys of V. drepanolobium Roots at Ol Pejeta Conservancy BHA Project

Contains analysis scripts and all datasets needed for recreating analyses and plots from:Milligan et al. submitted manuscript "The cost and context dependence of insect-plant mutualism as seen from the roots".The analysis script is saved as an R markdown file. Code chunks are annotated with explanations in the first ca. third of the script.
