WikiPathways, GO Biological processes, ChEA and GeneAtlas categories for the up- and downregulated genes in response to IA-rupture are included. The table consists of an enriched term, the number of input genes in the pathway (overlap), the p value (p < 0.05), the z score, the combined score (computed as logarithm from p value from the Fisher’s exact test multiplied by the z score of the deviation from the expected rank), and the names of overrepresented genes.
