Klebsiella pneumoniae strain:MS-STENT-01-M-001 Genome sequencing

Here, we describe the genetic properties of two strains isolated from the elusive bile duct microbiome from solid organ transplant patients. Bacterial strains Enterococcus lactis (MS-STENT-08-E-001) and Klebsiella pneumoniae (MS-STENT-01-M-001) were isolated from bile duct catheters. Genomic analysis revealed significant insights into their characteristics, with Enterococcus lactis possessing 2,658 protein-encoding genes, 59 tRNA genes, and 2 acquired antimicrobial resistance genes were predicted. Klebsiella pneumoniae, on the other hand, exhibited 5,043 protein-encoding genes, 64 tRNA genes, and 4 acquired antimicrobial resistance genes were predicted.
