"Scene at the Indian Crafts Exhibition near Eastlake Park," postcard, Los Angeles, California, USA, by M. Rieder, circa 1910. The card shows four American Indians in headdresses standing or sitting in front of a canvas tepee--all of which is evocative of American Indians of the Midwestern plains areas not southern California. Blankets, animal skin rugs, bows, and other crafts are displayed. The title is in red letters at the top and the words "An Indian Tepee" is on the reverse with the usual markings for a postcard. With some corner buming, but otherwise quite clean, the condition is good.
