Euclidean distance of echolocation calls in kHz between populations of Rhinolophus ferrumequinum in China. Geographic, longitudinal and MAT variables were chosen a priori as important factors and so were used to conduct the pairwise partial Mantel test. Results are shown as correlation coefficients of Mantel and partial Mantel tests. Controlled variables in partial Mantel tests are in parentheses.
