资源简介:
The study aims to investigate functions of two PfNOT1 paralogues in regulating gene expression in the malaria parasite, P. falciparum. To achieve this goal, the transcriptional profilling of parasites lacking PfNot1.1 or PfNOT1.2 was analyzed by microarray technology. The endogenous PfNot1.1 was disrupted and PfNot1.2 was conditionally knocked down. Transcriptional profiling of the mutated parasites and the wildtype line was assessed at six timepoints across one parasite's intraerythrocytic life cycle.
