资源简介:
This thesis utilises super-resolution microscopy to visualise the spatial organisation of the nucleus in immune T cells. It identifies that the nucleus is remodelled and reconfigured as it transitions from a naive T cell to a killer T cell, which clears the infection, and a memory T cell, that provides long lasting protection. Only through understanding how the immune response works, can we start to modify and enhance it to improve protection from infections.
