Research data supporting "Thickness-Dependent Response of Aerosol-Jet-Printed Ultrathin High-Aspect-Ratio Electrochemical Microactuators"

This dataset contains AutoCAD files for aerosol jet printing of electrochemical microactuators, profilometry data for determination of layer thicknesses, electrical measurement and angular deflection data from actuation tests, codes to analyse the data, and videos. The angular deflection data are obtained through motion tracking of actuation testing footages in the corresponding video folders. For example, the file "6751.csv" is obtained through motion tracking of the video "MVI_6751.mp4".
