Listing - brown grease (grease interceptor waste) transporters

This list identifies entities that are permitted by Miami-Dade County to transport brown grease originating from the cleaning and servicing of fats, oil and grease control devices (grease interceptors). These entities are regulated and permitted by the Liquid Waste Transporters (LWT) program of the Division of Environmental Resources Management of the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources.
