Transcrioptome analysis of irradiated mouse macrophages

The global RNA expression was assayed in irradiated and un-irradiated mouse macrophages using RNAseq. Overall design: Bone marrow-derived cells were isolated from mice. Cells were irradiated by FLASH or standard proton beam, or un-irradiated as controls. Cells were then incubated with CSF-1 to induce macrophage differentiation, followed by treatment with LPS (for M1 polarization), IL-4 (for M2 polarization), or control medium (for M0 condition). RNA was isolated and analyzed by RNAseq.
