Mt Vernon 2014/2016 Leaf Images

Contains the raw scans, binary images, and keyfiles with raw persistent homology measurements associated with the manuscript "Rootstock effects on scion phenotypes in a ‘Chambourcin’ experimental vineyard". ###Folder: MtVernon_2014_2016_binary <br>Binary images of isolated leaves from MtVernon_2014_2016_scans, with separate individual folders for 2014 and 2016 scans.<br>###<br>Folder: MtVernon_2014_2016_keyfiles<br><br>Keyfiles for image scans and binary images, with a seperate keyfile for 2014 and 2016 data. <br>Each keyfile contains a row for each leaf included in this data. There is a column for the scan name and binary image name for that leaf, as well as positional information in the vineyard (row, column and plant), rootstock that the 'Chambourcin' scion was grafted onto, irrigation treatment, and block position within the vineyard used for subsequent morphometric analyses. <br>The keyfile also contains the raw persistent homology values which are calculated using methods described in the paper (Migicovsky et al., see reference) and used in subsequent analysis, with available code on GitHub.
