The main goal of this work was to determine the connection between MEF2C expression and its role in miRNA biogenesis in the differentiation of human skeletal muscle cells.In summary, our results demonstrated a significant role for MEF2C myogenic factor in sculpting the microtranscriptome during the differentiation of skeletal muscle cells.
