High-density linkage map and QTL analyses for fruit quality traits in the wild blueberry relative Vaccinium stamineum

In this research, we developed the first high-density genetic map for Vaccinium stamineum, a wild relative of blueberry. In addition, we performed quantitative trait loci analyses, identifying several QTL for fruit quality, focused on soluble sugars, pH, and total titratable acidity.
