RNAsequence study of gene expression in lymph nodes after treatment of C57BL/6j mice with vitamin D3-hydroxyderivatives

The goal of the study was comparison of the gene expression profile in lymph nodes of the C57BL/6j female and male mice treated in vivo with vitamin D3-hydroxyderivatives in relation to the ethanol treated control Methods: RNA sequence was performed by BGI company using RNA isolated from lymph nodes of female and male C57BL/6j mice treated with 20(OH)D3 and 25(OH)D3 at a dose of 4 µg/kg b.w./daily for 1 week. The control female and male mice were treated with EtOH for 1 week as a vehicle.
