This dataset supports a research program on stress management, cognitive function, and breathing performance enhancement in adolescent basketball players (14–17 years), funded by RSU internal consolidation grant (FLPP Nr.5.2.1.1.i.0/2/24/I/CFLA/005, €173,216). Comprises 2 pilot studies and 1 RCT feasibility trial comparing breathing or cognitive VR interventions vs control in simulated competition environments using innovative eye-tracking VR systems. Nature and Scope: Pre/post-intervention data from Latvian youth basketball leagues (LJBL, BBBL, NL, U19) and schools (RTV = Riga Teikas Vidusskola).
