FLUKA v5 simulations of neutron interactions in silicon using partial contribution and interaction scoring
收藏资源简介:
The shared datasets have been generated and analyzed during the simulation study by Dávid Lucsányi, Gabrielle Hugo, Rubén García Alía, and Frédéric Wrobel, titled "Partial contribution and interaction scoring capabilities in FLUKA v5 for simulating radiation effects in electronics" in 2026. The manuscript was submitted to IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science (TNS) journal. For details of the simulation study, please refer to this publication once it is published in the journal. Simulations have been performed using development version of FLUKA v5 Monte Carlo code developed by FLUKA.CERN Collaboration (https://fluka.cern). Technical details of the datasets and file naming: Files are grouped in folders (zip files) by kinetic energy of primary neutrons (2.5, 5, 8, 14.8, and 17 MeV). If BEOL is included in folder (zip file) name, the simulation also included an extra Back-end-of-line (BEOL) overlayer on top of BULK volume. Data files contain 3 types of histograms: eventsDist_Edep : Event-by-event total energy deposition histograms interactionDist_Edep : Event-by-event total energy deposition histograms with partial contribution of nuclear reactions particleDist_Edep : Event-by-event total energy deposition histograms with partial contribution of particles Types of scoring volumes: BULK : Large cylinder volume with 300 μm height and 200 μm radius SV : Small 1 μm volumes inside BULK with either of the locations and shapes described below Location of SV scoring volume: CEN : At the center of the BULK volume between −151 ≤ z ≤ −150 μm TOP : At the top of the BULK volume between −1 ≤ z ≤ 0 μm (directly below BEOL) Shape of SV scoring volume: RPP : Cube with 1 μm side (contained RCC) RCC : Cylinder with 1 μm diameter and 1 μm height (inside the RPP) Types of histogram binning: lin : Linear binning log : Logarithmic binning The datasets are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY-4.0) license.
