Scientific and accurate assessment of the influence of WeChat Official Accounts is of great theoretical and practical significance for clarifying the characteristics of WeChat information dissemination, deeply exploring the communication potential of WeChat, and further standardizing and guiding the communication behaviors on the WeChat platform. However, analyzing the influence of WeChat accounts solely through metrics such as reading volume and likes is overly one-sided. Therefore, this system uses the unified data metric of WeChat Influence Index (WCI) to evaluate the communication influence of articles published by WeChat accounts in Hebei Province among WeChat users in Hebei Province, providing data references for assessing the influence of WeChat accounts in Hebei Province and deeply mining WeChat communication capabilities. The WeChat Communication Index reflects the communication capacity and effect of accounts based on WeChat's communication strength.
Index System:
Collected data: Daily average reading volume, daily average likes, per-article average reading volume, per-article average likes, maximum reading volume, maximum likes,
Evaluation indicators: The evaluation is mainly conducted from three dimensions: overall communication strength O, per-article communication strength A, and peak communication strength P.
WeChat Influence Index (WCI):
1. Overall Communication Strength O (42%): Daily average reading count (85%), daily average likes count (15%)
2. Per-article Communication Strength A (42%): Per-article average reading count (85%), per-article average likes count (15%)
3. Peak Communication Strength P (16%): Maximum reading count (85%), maximum likes count (15%)

The higher the WCI value, the greater the communication influence; conversely, the lower the WCI value, the smaller the communication influence.
