BaAMPs

BaAMPs (Biofilm-active AMPs) is a database designed with the key objective of collecting data on AMPs specifically tested against microbial biofilms in an exhaustive and detailed manner. The aim of this project is to provide useful resources for the study of AMPs against biofilms to microbiologist, bioinformatics researcher and medical scientist working in this field in an open-access framework.BaAMPs（生物膜活性抗菌肽数据库，Biofilm-active AMPs）是一款以全面且详尽地收集专门针对微生物生物膜进行测试的抗菌肽（Antimicrobial Peptides, AMPs）相关数据为核心目标而构建的专业数据库。本项目旨在以开放获取的框架，为该领域从事抗生物膜抗菌肽研究的微生物学家、生物信息学研究者与医学科学家提供实用的研究资源。
