Reproducibility materials for "Synovial Sender–Receiver Architecture in Osteoarthritis Pain"
收藏资源简介:
This record contains frozen source data, versioned analysis materials, receptor-subtype and receptor-complex co-detection outputs, and software-environment information supporting the manuscript “Synovial Sender–Receiver Architecture in Osteoarthritis Pain.” The study integrates five pain-phenotyped human osteoarthritis synovial transcriptomic resources with three independent human dorsal root ganglion atlases to distinguish pain symptom-state sender programs from broader osteoarthritis disease-state signaling. The deposited materials support the final v8.11 analyses, including subtype-resolved human sensory-neuron receiver localization, receptor-complex co-detection, the complete Newton disease-state interactome comparison, and SEPHS1 stress-resilience analyses. Primary transcriptomic datasets are publicly available from NCBI GEO under GSE248454, GSE248453, GSE99662, GSE176223, GSE176308, GSE249746, GSE168243, GSE201586, and GSE179535 and are therefore not redistributed here. The Newton OA interactome was reprocessed from SPARC/Pennsieve dataset 457, version 1.
