single-cell RNA sequencing of lineage negative hematopoietic cells in patients with pure red cell aplasia

single-cell RNA sequencing was used to analyze lineage negative cells of pure red cell aplasia (PRCA) and study the molecular mechanism. Bone marrows were obtained from 5 PRCA patients, including 2 patients with newly diagnosed PRCA (ND-PRCA), and 2 patients obtaining complete response (CR-PRCA) and one refractory PRCA (R-PRCA).
