In our study, earthworm regeneration process is closely associated with wound healing. We aimed to conduct transcriptome analysis to discover differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between 3-day regenerated (G-90') and non-regenerated (G-90) tissue homogenate from tail-amputated E. fetida. The disdovered DEGs may provide new therapeutic targets for wound healing studies.
