The associated repository for "Crop-OCT: a Fully Integrated Imageomics Pipeline to Identify Regional and Focal Retinopathy in Murine Models"

This repository contains the raw OCT and histology images from the "Crop-OCT: a Fully Integrated Imageomics Pipeline to Identify Regional and Focal Retinopathy in Murine Models" manuscript submitted. Within each zipped file mice are in a nested file structure containing their genotype information and timepoint information. Images are also tagged with their unique mouse identifier. This enables not only usage with this study but also usage for further studies as these mice were involved in a larger study at the time of OCT acquisition. A metadata file is provided for OCT data for processing an analyses along with a sigularity to set up the pipeline. Please note OCT data from "Genetic context modulates aging and degeneration in the murine retina" Marola and MacLean et al Mol Neurodegeneration 2025. OCT images are also provided along with metadata as they were used in Little et al to make Figure 5 and Supplemental Figure 6.
