Database of Occupational Accidents and Near Misses in the Polish Construction Industry – Binary Coded Dataset (2015–2023)

This dataset contains records of dangerous incidents, occupational accidents (A) and near misses (NM), reported on construction sites across Poland between 2015 and 2023. Each record includes the date and day of the week, type of event, direct cause (K1 to K8), category of person involved (general contractor, subcontractor, supplier, bystander, other), region (voivodeship), and indirect cause codes in accordance with the Polish Statistical Accident Card (Statystyczna Karta Wypadku).
