Vrouwenloonwijzer 2000-2001 - VLW 2000-2001

<p>Survey among Dutch working women. The questionnaire contains six clusters of questions: A. profession and industry, B. the organisation, C. employment record, D. working hours, E. employment contract and salary, and F. personal questions, including gender, ethnicity, and family formation. Each cluster ends with a set of attitude items. The survey was initiated in order to establish the (Women's) Wage Indicator</p>

本数据集为针对荷兰职场女性开展的调研项目。问卷共设置六组问题模块：A. 职业与行业；B. 用人单位情况；C. 就业履历；D. 工作时长；E. 雇佣合同与薪酬待遇；F. 个人基本信息，涵盖性别、种族与家庭构成。每组模块末尾均附带一组态度类测评题目。本次调研的发起目标为搭建（女性）薪资指数（Women's Wage Indicator）。
