PTEN-CaP2 mouse prostate cancer cells were grafted under the kidney capsule of immunocompromised mice. After three weeks, mice were treated with 100 mg/kg pegvisomant (provided by Pfizer) or PBS vehicle 3X weekly for three weeks.
