Recovery of bacterial genomes from samples from the pan-prostate cancer group. Pan-Prostate Cancer Group Bacterial Genome Recovery

This study details the recovery of metagenome assembled genomes from samples within the pan-prostate cancer group. These samples include tumour and germline samples (oral swabs and blood). The samples have been submitted to whole genome sequencing and the recovered genomes associated with this project are in silico products of metagenomic assembly.
